REFUND POLICY FOR
KIWI RESEARCH PRIVATE LTD

At Kiwi Research Private Ltd (hereinafter “we”/ “our”/ “us”), we value the trust of our customers (“Customers”/ “you”/ “your”). In order to honour that trust, we have created this refund policy (“Policy”) to work in a transparent manner.

Objective: The objective of this Policy is to ensure transparency in refund process & complete satisfaction of our Customers. This Policy enables that the refunds (if any) are processed in a fair manner.

Scope: This Policy is applicable to processing of any refund of applicable fees paid by the Customers for enrolling their wards from Grade 7 to Grade 12 (“Students”) to such courses as more particularly identified in the order form (“Order Form”) submitted by the Customer at the time of enrolling the Student in the respective course (hereinafter “Course”) under Kiwi Research Private Ltd (hereinafter “Kiwi Research”).

Validity: This Policy shall come into effect from ________ and shall continue to remain valid until it is specifically replaced/ revoked by us. Any refund request, received from you on or after _________, will be processed in accordance with this Policy.
Process for Requesting Refunds:
Obligation of Customer: If a Customer wants to withdraw the admission from Kiwi Research, such Customer will be required to visit the website, in which the Student is currently availing the Course (hereinafter “office@kiwiresearch.org”) and submit the application for withdrawal/ refund, in writing (“Application”), stating the reasons for seeking such refund. The date of submission of the written Application (“Submission Date”) at the respective office@kiwiresearch.org will be taken into consideration for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount. A refund request shall be considered valid only if the Application is submitted by the Customer, at office@kiwiresearch.org and any deviation from these requirements shall not be considered for refunds.
Provided hereunder are certain key aspects that need to be taken into account for the purposes of calculation of refund amount.

Orientation Date: Such date as specifically identified in the Order Form, when the Student is required to attend the orientation session for the Course.

For claiming refunds of Course Fee (hereafter collectively referred to as “Kiwi Course Components”), as more particularly mentioned in the respective Order Form basis the services availed, please refer to Table A for understanding the scenarios detailed hereunder.

when the Application for withdrawal is submitted at the office@kiwiresearch.org for claiming relevant refund, provided the Submission Date is no later than 15(fifteen) calendar days from the Orientation Date for the relevant Customers. Such 15 (fifteen) calendar days period from the Orientation Date shall be referred to as “Refund Claim Period”.

The actual Course Fee amount paid by the Customer (as identified in the Order Form) for availing such services, shall be taken into consideration for pro-rata calculation of refunds (if any).

Mode of Refund:
The Subscriber shall receive the refund of the Subscription Fee in the same payment source used to make the payment to purchase the Subscription. In case there are any difficulties or errors in processing the payment to the source account, the Subscriber may be requested to share details of an alternate bank account with requisite documents such as cancelled cheque pertaining to the relevant bank account for verification purpose. In the event the Subscriber fails to provide the complete details (as may be requested by the Company) of the alternate bank account within 14 (fourteen) business days, upon being requested by the Company in writing, the Company shall not be liable to refund the Subscription Fee.
While the Company shall refund the Subscription Fee there shall be deductions towards, interest and taxes, as applicable. Whilst every effort is made to provide an excellent learning experience, the Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the refund in any event where we have identified a fraudulent activity attributable to the Subscriber requesting such refund and cancellation, including without limitation violation of Platform Terms and/or applicable laws. In such circumstances there shall be no re-attempt of refund made to such Subscriber.
